Liability Waiver: By submitting this form the registrant hereby releases Wekiva High School Band, Wekiva High School and Orange County Public Schools and all vendors and sponsors of any and all liability during and after said event. Wekiva High School Band reserves the right to photograph, videotape, and/or reproduce in any medium any entry for future use at no compensation to entry owner. Any participation surrenders all claims. By submitting this form, the participant agrees to all rules and regulations.

We are currently looking for sponsors for our 2022 Car Show!

Vendors & Sponsors

The Wekiva High School Marching Band will host its 2022 Wekiva Mustangs Car & Truck Show on February 26, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and we would like to offer you the opportunity to showcase your products or services at our show! Our show will provide you the occasion to promote your business directly to your target audience, and we need your help to ensure the success and growth of our event which will help pay for new band uniforms, instruments, repairs and travel to games. We have several opportunities in which your business can participate.

Goody Bag Sponsorship – Promotional items you may consider donating are pens, key chains, stickers, coupons, posters, t-shirts, cleaning products, etc., as well as bags. Items may also be dropped off at the school. Deadline for goody bag donations February 18, 2022.
Raffle Prizes – Products will be raffled off to participants who purchase tickets at the show. Deadline for raffle prize donation February 18, 2022.
Trophy Sponsorship – $125 - Your business name will appear on Trophies for two classes. Your name/logo will also appear on all promotional materials for the event. Registration form and payment for trophy sponsorship must be submitted no later than February 11.2022.
Premier Sponsorship – $1000 – Your business name and logo will appear prominently on all promotional materials, as well as banners, announcements and other day-of-show promotional materials. This form of sponsorship also includes your business name on the Best of Show trophies, and you will receive 5 complimentary vehicle passes for the event. If you are interested in this form of sponsorship, please contact us as soon as possible so we can include your logo on our flyers and your business will get maximum exposure as we promote the show in the the months prior to the car show.
